Appetizer: Wild Mushroom Tartines
Main: Slow-Roasted Whole Chicken With Lemon and Rosemary
Dessert: Panna Cotta with Strawberries and Balsamic Glaze
All ingredients to be provided in the cooking kit. Your chicken is hormone/antibiotic free. You will be using French whipping cream and fresh mushrooms, and oil used will be olive oil.
For this class, you will need to prep:
Spatulas and/or wooden spoons
Oven-safe casserole (ex Pyrex or baking dish) or roasting pan
Small sauce pot
Ramekins for the panna cotta (6 small ones, or 4 larger ones)
Cooking kits for this class can will be delivered to addresses covered by Grab or Lalamove or a similar service, at least one day before the class.
